Flow 1 · The hero

One structured loop, from opportunity to booking.

A creator-led production needs talent. Today that work happens in the margins. The Sides loop resolves the same need as five linked stages inside one system.

The gap today
Casting over direct messages and comment threads
Scattered agency emails and PDF attachments
Manual outreach with no submission record
No review pipeline, no outcome tracking

Established casting platforms mostly deliver traditional actors. Creator-led and digital-native productions have no purpose-built workflow at all.

The Sides loop

Each stage in this flow is one screen ahead. The active stage lights as you move through the demo.

Stage 1 · Author

The producer posts an opportunity.

A structured authoring surface where every field makes the opportunity matchable rather than merely readable.

Stage 1 · Distribute

The opportunity reaches the talent it fits.

Distribution runs on profile match and direct invitation. Matched talent see it as "Roles for You"; their representatives receive a push to submit on their behalf.

Roles for You · matched talent
Representative push

Each matched talent's representative receives the same opportunity in their roster, ready to submit on the client's behalf. The next step follows Devin's agency.

Representation · Submission on behalf of client

Northlight Talent submits Devin Brooks.

Stage 1 · Review

One review dashboard, every submission side by side.

Structured profiles, attached materials, and match scores gathered in a single place. Select one or more candidates to request self-tapes.

Select candidates to request self-tapes.

Stage 2 · iPad talent app · The differentiator

Devin prepares the self-tape with the AI reader.

The request crosses from the web marketplace into the Sides talent app. Devin imports the sides for the co-host role. The patent-pending fade-in-place teleprompter holds each line at the eye line while the AI reader voices the HOST lines and Devin reads CO-HOST.

AI reader voice

Switch the voice to match the HOST character description. The selection updates in the teleprompter.

The AI voice is represented here. It plays aloud in the talent app and ships with it.

Stage 1 · Book · The loop closes

Every candidate tracked to an outcome.

The submission returns to the pipeline. Each candidate moves through submitted, requested, callback, booked, or passed. Outcomes are captured natively, first-party.

Devin has read for the co-host role and advanced to callback. Confirm the booking to close the loop.
